At the core of our research program is the development of selective transition metal-catalyzed reactions. Researchers are involved in reaction discovery, ligand/catalyst synthesis, ligand/catalyst optimization, reaction optimization and reaction development with the ultimate goal of applying new organic transformations to complex molecule synthesis. They regularly pursue studies to understand the reactivity and selectivity principles guiding our reactions.
